Talk to your Revit model.
An AI agent inside your Revit model. Tell it what you need. It does the work.
The hours between the idea and the drawing set.
Most of a Revit week isn't design. It's placing, tagging, numbering and checking. Modlr does that part, in your model, with your types and your standards.
Model
Walls, floors, levels and grids from a sentence, using the types already in your project.Add 200 mm walls along grids B to D on Level 1
Document
Sheets, views, viewports, tags and schedules, laid out the way your office does it.Create a sheet for every floor plan and place the views
Ask
Questions about the model, answered from the model. Counts, missing data, odd elements.Which doors on Level 2 have no fire rating?
Clean up
Bulk parameter edits, renumbering and naming, across hundreds of elements at once.Number the rooms on each level from left to right
Check
Model audits before a deadline: empty rooms, duplicate marks, elements on the wrong workset.Find rooms without a number or a name
You ask. Modlr works.
Say what you need
Type it the way you'd say it to a colleague. No commands, no scripts, no plug-in menus.
Modlr reads and builds
It looks up your levels, grids, types and views, plans the job and carries it out in your live model, step by step.
It tells you what changed
A short summary of what it did, with counts. Ask for the next thing, or undo it in Revit like any other edit.
Hands-on in your model. Hands off your files.
Modlr runs on your PC beside Revit. Your model stays on your machine. Only your request and what Modlr needs to read go to the AI, through your own Anthropic account.

One tool. One job.
Before you ask.
Which Revit versions does it work with?
Revit 2025, 2026 and 2027 on Windows. Modlr installs a small add-in into Revit for you, then connects to it from its own window.
Does it really do the work itself?
Yes. Modlr reads your model, plans the job and makes the changes in Revit for you. By default it checks with you before each change; you can let it work straight through in settings. Every change can be undone with Ctrl+Z.
What does it cost?
During early access you use your own Anthropic API key, so you pay Anthropic for what you use, and the window shows the cost of every request. A typical request costs cents.
Where does my data go?
Your project stays on your PC. Modlr sends your request and the parts of the model it needs to read to Anthropic's API, using your key. Nothing is sent to us.
Can it edit families?
Not yet. Project modelling, documentation, data and checks come first. Family editing is on the roadmap.
